Shipping Policy

For an online shopper, delivery on time is best assurance one can get from the service provider. Keeping this fact in mind, AEOLUS established its wide network of logistics partners. We have a wide network of renowned logistics service providers which are as follows:

Usually our orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of order, and delivered within 6-10 days of dispatch. The goods are dispatched by courier and you can track your orders online. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

  • As mentioned above, most items are shipped within 1-2 working days of the order. However in some cases, it may take up to 3 working days to ship the order as we may have to procure it from central warehouse. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
  • We ship on all weekdays and Saturdays, excluding public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • If the order was damaged in shipping, then we will begin a claim with the courier. It is important that you keep ALL the packaging material as the courier may want to inspect it. Once the courier has agreed to take responsibility, we will arrange to ship an exact replacement for that damaged part. (We cannot provide a refund nor change to a different product.)
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by signing into your account.
  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
